Born in Honduras, Hugo faced significant challenges from a young age. His father passed away when he was just six months old, leaving his mother to care for him. However, due to difficult circumstances, Hugo was raised by his grandparents, who clothed, fed, and sent him to school despite their own hardships.
LOSS
A TRAGIC LOSS
At the age of ten, tragedy struck again when Hugo's mother was killed. His grandparents decided to send Hugo to the United States in search of a better life. At thirteen, Hugo arrived in Indiana to live with his uncle, a quadriplegic who ran a multimedia production business. Hugo's early experience in his uncle's business marked his first exposure to entrepreneurship, but he faced many challenges, including being mistreated and running away at seventeen.
GROWTH
TRANSFORMING CHALLENGES INTO OPPORTUNITIES
After being placed in foster care, Hugo finished high school and received the news that he would become a U.S. citizen. This turning point inspired him to change his perspective and take control of his future. Hugo began working as a server in a local Mexican restaurant, where he quickly realized the value of hard work and dedication, earning substantial tips based on his performance.
PRIORITIES
A CRUCIAL DECISION
Despite his success at AT&T, Hugo faced personal challenges, including a divorce and the difficulties of balancing work and family. An incident where he forgot to pick up his children from school made Hugo realize that he needed to make a change. He decided to venture into the fire and water restoration industry, initially working with three companies before starting his own business to provide fair and reliable services to customers.
SUCCESS
FROM FOOD TRUCK SUCCESS TO SALES EXCELLENCE
Hugo’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to start a food truck business with his brother, serving college students, factory workers, and business employees. This venture eventually grew into a restaurant, which Hugo ran successfully for a year before deciding to pivot to a new opportunity in sales at AT&T. His talent for sales soon made him the #1 sales executive in his area, leading to a promotion and a move to Florida as a manager for AT&T.

Despite facing obstacles, including attempts by competitors to undermine him, Hugo’s perseverance and dedication led to the successful establishment of his company. Today, Hugo Fire & Water Restoration LLC stands as a testament to Hugo's journey, providing exceptional restoration services and restoring peace of mind to countless clients.
